Labor Condition Applications
In accordance with U.S. Department of Labor requirements, Talent Tek posts notice of the filing of Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B nonimmigrant workers. Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the LCA and/or failure to comply with its terms may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor.
